statement usually proposes future works, which will only become reality if the
propositions are accepted by the customers; it may also refer to already concluded projects

philosophies/aesthetics, sources of inspiration, becoming very specific to fit
the exact customer (custom-made) project
—Presupposes a good knowledge of the
customer’s interests, activity (previous research/documentation)

TASK 1
-o poveste personală (de unde vine pasiunea pentru obiecte vechi – mama, casa în care a crescut)
-o idee generală despre stil (combinarea vechiului cu noul)
-o legătură cu proiectul concret
-scopul proiectului (transformarea clădirii pentru universitate)
-câteva informații despre clădire (istorie, modificări)
-soluția propusă (păstrarea structurii existente)
-rezultatul dorit (un spațiu util, dar care păstrează istoria)
TASK 2
Pentru proiectul acesta, vreau să creez un spațiu care să fie în același timp simplu și plăcut. Nu îmi doresc ceva complicat, ci un loc în care oamenii să se simtă confortabil.
Mă inspir din lucruri naturale și din spații liniștite, pentru că dau o stare de echilibru. În același timp, aș vrea să adaug și elemente moderne, ca să nu pară învechit.
Nu vreau să schimb totul complet, ci mai degrabă să păstrez ce este bun și să îmbunătățesc restul.
La final, mi-ar plăcea ca spațiul să fie ușor de folosit, aerisit și să aibă o atmosferă în care oamenii chiar să vrea să stea.

The statement is also based on the client’s needs and interests. This means that the designer must do research before creating the concept. Overall, it connects creativity with practical requirements in order to propose a possible future design solution.
Task 2:For my current project, I am developing a modern and simple design that focuses on clarity and usefulness. My inspiration comes from minimalism and contemporary design trends, which emphasize clean shapes, balanced layouts, and effective communication.
The final project will be created with the client’s needs in mind. I will use a clear structure, simple colors, and easy-to-read typography in order to make the design both attractive and functional. If the client requests changes, I would adjust the design to better suit their expectations and preferences.
This project will aim to combine creativity with practicality. The design will not only look modern and appealing, but it will also serve its purpose effectively. Overall, it will represent a thoughtful and well-organized visual solution tailored to the client.
